Download the Viewer

You may download (by right-clicking) the viewer for interface files (Windows, executable).

It allows

• viewing
• rotating of proteins,
• colouring particular secondary structures,
• their interfaces,
• and their superposition.

It can be used to produce subset files for interfaces which can serve as input files for insightII (SGI)
The latest version allows the automatic superposition of interfaces and the export of the rotated coordinates.
